Production Manager

The Facility Manager plays a key role in managing the daily operations of both the office and production areas. This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, supporting production floor activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations and general administrative functions.
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.
• Monitor and replenish production supply levels as needed.
• Coordinate machine scheduling and workflow on the production floor.
• Assist with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and technical support for production systems.
• Communicate regularly regarding inventory levels and manage raw material requirements.
• Act as a liaison to the HR Department located in Iowa.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
• Experience with hand tools, machine operation, micrometer, and caliper.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Direct manufacturing experience.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate a new ERP system (TCM preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
