Our client, a leader in the construction industry specializing in commercial and residential projects, is seeking a dedicated production laborer to join their team. As a production laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production team to ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Perryville, MO

Pay Range: $16/hour

Shift: First

What's the Job?

• Start up and stop equipment/machinery to facilitate production processes
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies efficiently
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing, ensuring accuracy
• Ensure conformance to product and process specifications through inspection
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform light to moderately heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing
• Capability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to follow safety policies and wear required PPE
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
