Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute capital equipment development projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness from sales to customer production startup. This involves collaborating with various departments, developing project plans, managing communication, and driving accountability to achieve project goals.

• Lead meetings, document decisions, and communicate risks or changes to project scope or schedule.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical projects or programs.
• Experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial machinery.
• Experience in printing, converting, or related equipment industries is a strong plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
