Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Product Support Specialist Sr. II to join their team. As a Product Support Specialist Sr. II, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting healthcare providers. What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or a medically-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an FDA regulated environment.
• Ability to assimilate complex technical information and make independent decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong aptitude for using various databases and computer software to complete tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and accurately.
