Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• 2 years working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, finance, and other stakeholders.
• 1 year of technical leadership experience.

You will lead Kaggle's efforts to expand its AI community, increase engagement, and establish Google as a leader in the third-party AI ecosystem. Your responsibilities include managing growth projects, executing experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, utilizing data for quantitative analysis.

Google Cloud provides enterprise solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology to help organizations digitally transform and grow sustainably. The US base salary range for this role is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary specifics depend on location, skills, experience, and education. Responsibilities

• Execute and analyze product initiatives to significantly impact Kaggle’s growth, especially in AI evaluation and community engagement.
• Collaborate with teams across Kaggle, Google Research, DeepMind, Cloud, and external partners.
• Develop and secure buy-in for product goals, aligning with the overall product narrative.
• Manage product launches, maintenance, and retirement in coordination with stakeholders.
• Understand Kaggle’s community, the AI ecosystem, and strategic goals to make informed decisions.
