The Role
As a Product Engineer , you will:

Build performant, reliable, and fault-tolerant backend systems.
Scale infrastructure to support rapid growth and global payment operations.
Collaborate with the founding team to redesign and improve the tech stack.
Take ownership of end-to-end product development for core platform features.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement backend systems for payments and payroll workflows.
Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in architecture and product design discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features quickly and effectively.

Qualifications
Experience:

1-6 years as a backend or full-stack engineer, ideally with fintech/payments experience.
Startup experience or strong entrepreneurial streak preferred.
Demonstrated ownership of product features or systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong backend fundamentals with full-stack capabilities.
Experience with payments infrastructure and related challenges.
Comfortable with AI integration into user-facing products is a plus.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

Scrappy, hungry, and collaborative.
Excited to take ownership and contribute broadly in a startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups.
Exposure to fintech, payroll, or HR-related systems.
