Are you ready to take your engineering design skills to the next level? We are seeking a talented Product Design Engineer to take the lead on innovative designs and enhance the performance of our current products. In this role, you will conduct moderately complex engineering analyses, ensure design effectiveness, and collaborate with a talented team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product design and testing initiatives, managing multiple complex projects while applying your expertise to ensure alignment with performance goals and project strategies.
• Conduct, document, and communicate engineering calculations and analyses, collaborating with vendors to develop production components. Master 3D CAD design to ensure correct fit, form, and function.
• Maintain clear communication about product design progress among peers and leadership, whilst engaging with various departments like operations, materials, marketing, and sales to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.S.) is required.
• Experience in design and manufacturing processes is essential.
• A solid understanding of 3D Modeling software (Inventor preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• 2-4 years of proven engineering design and development experience are required, with a successful track record in product development and continuous improvement.
• Strong team player who is self-motivated, dependable, and possesses excellent communication skills.
