Product Assembler

Join our team as a Product Assembler and contribute to the development of new product lines. You will work across six stations, each responsible for 2-3 steps of the assembly process. Your tasks will include assembling parts, securing them with a drill or torque wrench, testing completed assemblies, and packaging final products. The heaviest item you'll handle is 20lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble product components at designated stations.
• Secure assembled parts using a drill or torque wrench.
• Conduct go/no-go testing at the final assembly station.
• Package and palletize completed products.

Essential Skills:

• 1 year of assembly experience
• 1 year of experience using a drill or torque wrench
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with electrical assembly
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Skills in wiring, crimping, and soldering

Work Environment:

Work on the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm in a state-of-the-art, well-lit, and climate-controlled facility. The dress code includes jeans, steel toe boots, and a t-shirt without obscene graphics.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franksville, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
