We are searching for a Process Engineer with a background in biopharmaceutical processing or a related field. As a key technical contributor, you will provide technological input in the development, scale-up, validation, and transfer of manufacturing processes. Your role will be essential in ensuring successful clinical and commercial production while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

Essential Skills

• n

  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related scientific field.

• n

  Minimum 3 years experience in GMP-regulated biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• n

  Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements (US/EU).

• n

  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• n

  Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• n

  Familiarity with statistical methods for process analysis.

• n

  Experience with upstream and downstream processing.

  n

• n

  Knowledge of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) principles.

• n

  Experience mentoring junior engineers or technicians.

Work Environment

The role requires gowning into ISO Spaces, which involves removing earrings, cosmetics, and hair products at least once a week. The environment is highly regulated to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
