A well-established and independently owned primary care clinic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a tight-knit and collaborative team. Practice Setting

• Flexible scheduling, including a true 4-day work week and ample administrative time built into the schedule
• Manageable daily volume of 16 patients, allowing for unrushed visits, meaningful patient relationships, and strong continuity of care
• Collaborative team-based environment, working alongside an experienced physician, 2 PAs, 1 NP, and skilled clinical staff including MAs and administrative support
• Modern, efficient workspace with 10 state-of-the-art exam rooms organized around a centralized team hub and on-site lab for streamlined patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $250,000 with additional productivity incentives
