Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Description
We're seeking a Private Client Account Manager to join our team, specializing in serving High-Net-Worth clients. This is a crucial support role, working alongside our Account Executives to ensure a seamless experience for our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Client Servicing: Assist with the day-to-day management of private client accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, and policy changes.
• Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic, ensuring all client information and policy documents are complete and compliant.
• Carrier Coordination: Act as a key liaison with top-tier carriers like AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, and PURE to secure quotes and resolve service issues. Experience with the E&S (Excess & Surplus) market is a plus.
• Communication: Handle client inquiries regarding billing and claims, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials.
• Proposals & Renewals: Help prepare detailed proposals and coverage summaries, and monitor renewal timelines to prevent any gaps in coverage.

What You Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance, with a strong preference for experience serving High-Net-Worth Private Clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Applied Epic system and hands-on experience with at least two of the specified carriers (AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, PURE).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
