Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 01-Oct-2025. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.
What You Will Do:

• Operate high speed, high volume digital publishing printers using printer software to produce specialized type of printing such as poster, manuals/handbooks, presentations, and client brochures.
• Operate bindery/finishing equipment (cutters, folders, binding) and maintain proper files for print job requests.
• Must be able to diagnose printing problems, as they relate to quality, and maintain operational efficiency and production levels.
• Responsible for collaborating with the vendor service teams to resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Ability to interrupt print job requests from colleagues, suggest enhanced printing options, cost reduction options, and set clear service level expectations.
• Ensure the output is quality checked and accurately meets the instructions as submitted.
• Ability to operate folding and inserting equipment while maintaining production levels and ensuring accuracy by reconciling batches of confidential client information.
• Ensures equipment maintenance is performed and reports any down time that will affect production schedules and delivery commitments.

**It is a requirement for this role to be onsite M-F, St. Louis HQ North Campus**

Hiring Maximum: $65100

Skills/Requirements
What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma is required; College or Technical School preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years operating high speed/volume printers or related field.
• Completion of the Advanced Copier Training sponsored by Canon is required within the first six months of employment.
• Intermediate knowledge of all varieties of print file extensions and know how to import and convert print file types, including working knowledge of multiple software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in the use of reproduction high-volume, high-speed duplicating and bindery equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask across multiple areas/functions of department, solve problems quickly to ensure production needs and goals are met.
• Proficiency in the use of folding and inserting systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform normal bindery skills such as cutting, folding, padding, binding etc.
• Ability to operate folding and inserting systems.
• Ability to remain flexible with changing requests.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
