A day in the life involves balancing creative design work with operational management. You'll create artworks and review ongoing print development projects with cross-functional teams. You'll define fashion and evergreen color palettes for upcoming seasons, ensuring trend relevance and consistency across categories and fabrics.

Working closely with designers and product developers, you'll ensure artwork meets both creative and technical requirements while maintaining cost efficiency. Your role includes optimizing digital workflows, conducting market research, and guiding team members on process improvements. You'll coordinate with international teams, evaluate new design technologies, and mentor team members.
