Principal Test Systems Test Execution Lead

We are seeking a Principal Test Systems Test Execution Lead (TEL) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, managing complex projects, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of test systems programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all phases of test systems programs from inception through completion.
• Serving as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for multi-disciplinary engineering teams (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.).
• Overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and objectives.
• Coordinating with program leadership, finance, and planning to manage Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Analyzing performance data and recommending solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Facilitating collaboration across functional organizations.
• Preparing proposals, business plans, work statements, budgets, and contract terms.
• Communicating performance results to executive leadership, program teams, and customers.

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and program management tools (IMP, IMS, Risk & Opportunity Management).
• Strong background in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent, including hardware/software development, integration, and validation.
• Experience with budget management, EAC processes, and financial reporting.
• Ability to generate Budget Change Requests (BCR) and Basis of Estimates (BOE).

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• EVMS or Program Management certification (Raytheon PM Level 6 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated IPTL experience with cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in small to medium program execution.
• Understanding of engineering lifecycle: development, production transition, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with proposal capture and contract processes.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Unit Under Test (UUT) functionalities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
