Primary Care Physician in Boca Raton, FL - 54896BR. Full-time position with Monday through Friday flexibility in a highly-rated group practice. MD or DO. Compensation is productivity-based (Fee for Service) with an estimated income range of $235,000 to $278,000 annually and no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This role is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and long-term care hospitals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through EMR (Gehrimed) in accordance with Medicare guidelines

Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Emergency Medicine (EM)
• Willing to train experienced candidates
• Licensed in the state
