Resource / Floater Teacher

We are seeking a Resource / Floater Teacher to help support our childcare facility. Benefits & perks include:

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Office and Staff with daily activities.
• Providing support in classrooms as needed.
• Cleaning/Sanitization.
• Kitchen duties as needed.
• Assisting with lunch and snack breaks.
• A Flexible, Positive, and Fun Attitude.
• Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting each child's social and emotional development.
• Establishing positive and effective family relations.
• Continuous education as required by Child Care Licensing and GSI.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma required.
• Proven experience in a licensed early childhood facility.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
• Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Follows state childcare licensing rules and regulations.
• Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. to safely handle children during programs and emergencies.
