Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities for infants.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants to explore and learn.
• Monitor and document infants' progress and developmental milestones.
• Support the hygiene and feeding routines of infants in care.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and milestones.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Prior experience working with infants or in a childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Background check clearance required.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for shifts during weekdays.
