A client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer & Automation Specialist to support the reporting and dashboarding needs of a dynamic Data Engineering initiative. This role will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making through the development of interactive dashboards and integrated reporting solutions. The project includes platform transition, chat flow integration, workflow automation, and transformation support, requiring a candidate with strong analytical, visualization, and automation capabilities. The pay rate varies based on years of experience between $50-60/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess the ability to understand and work with data.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and visualizations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate data from various sources.
• Support ETL processes and data transformation pipelines for reporting readiness.
• Implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or other relevant tools.
• Streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual data handling.
• Assist in migrating reporting assets and data models to new platforms.
• Support integration of chatbots or conversational interfaces with reporting tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders.
• Document processes, data models, and dashboard usage guidelines.
