Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Post Migration Support Consultant to lead enterprise-level projects focused on Microsoft technologies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background to ensure the successful implementation and integration of platforms such as Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, and more.
The ideal candidate will drive project success, enhance organizational productivity, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of Microsoft technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee integration and optimization of Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, and related platforms.
• Provide technical expertise in MS Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory to ensure system performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective SharePoint solutions.
• Develop strategies to maximize the value of Microsoft technologies across the organization.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets and resources, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Communicate project updates and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies for potential adoption.
• Support training initiatives to enhance user proficiency in Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
