Job Details
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Oversee design, reliability, and improvement of utility systems (steam, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, wastewater, energy).
Lead facility infrastructure upgrades (building envelope, drainage, dock doors, critical systems).
Ensure compliance with engineering codes, food safety, and safety standards.
Manage capital projects from scope development to execution and closeout.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Prepare and submit capital expenditure requests.
Manage contractors/engineering partners for cost-effective delivery.
Support product/process expansions through infrastructure readiness.
Maintain system documentation, drawings, and engineering standards.
Contribute to long-range capital planning and forecasting.

________________________________________ Qualifications (Needed)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
Proven capital project leadership.
Strong knowledge of utility systems & facilities engineering.
Demonstrated understanding of engineering codes, safety standards, and compliance.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred: Food & beverage/aseptic experience, FDA-regulated utilities, CMMS (Infor/Hexagon EAM), PE license or PMP.
