A respected and well-established plaintiff firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 310 years of litigation experience to join its growing trial team. This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful cases, work directly with clients, and make a tangible impact for injury victims across the Southern United States.

What They're Looking For

• 310 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Trial experience (2nd or 3rd chair minimum; first-chair experience a plus)
• Strong background in depositions, mediations, and motion practice
• Excellent client communication and case management skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southern U.S. for hearings, depositions, and trials

What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse caseload from pre-suit through trial, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on complex injury and wrongful death cases
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations to secure maximum client recovery
• Conduct client meetings and manage communication throughout the litigation process
• Travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and trials within the Southern region
