A premier plaintiff trial firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 310 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have trial experienceas either first or second chairand a strong passion for representing injured clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
• Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to prepare cases for trial
• Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and advocate for clients in court
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure outstanding service

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership (state-specific)
• 310 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Experience as 1st or 2nd chair in jury trials preferred
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Excellent case management and negotiation abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $130,000 $200,000, based on experience
