Our client, a leader in cold storage and warehouse logistics, is seeking a dedicated Order Picker and Packer to join their team. As an Order Picker and Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker and Packer

Location: Edgerton, KS

Pay Range: $15.50

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on daily orders.
• Unload inbound shipments and ensure products are stored correctly in cold storage environments.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and document discrepancies or damages.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related roles.
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments such as freezers and refrigerators.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
