We are seeking a talented Interventional Radiologist for a locum tenens position near Greensboro, NC, starting ASAP and ongoing. This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team while enjoying a flexible schedule.

• Position : Locum Tenens Interventional Radiologist
• Location : Near Greensboro, NC
• Dates : ASAP - Ongoing
• Rate Type : Daily
• Shift Type : Days
• Shift Description : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • For Mammography: Monday through Friday preferred; will accept Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Please Note : This is not a 100% Interventional Radiology (IR) position and does not include IR call.

• Light Interventional Procedures :

  • Perform non-complex procedures such as:
    • Image-guided biopsies
    • Drainages
    • PICC line placements
    • Paracentesis and thoracentesis (fluid removal from the abdomen and chest)

• General Radiology :

  • Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams, including X-rays, CTs, and MRIs.

• EMR : Meditech
• PACS : Intelerad
• VR : Fluency

• Board Certification : Required
• BLS/ACLS Certification : Required
• Active NC License & DEA : Verbal confirmation required at name clear

• Reason for Coverage : Temporary coverage needed starting November 1st.
