Overview

Physician-led group of physiatrists is seeking a BE/BC staff physiatrist based out of inpatient rehab facility in Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati. Great support, no income cap.

Responsibilities

• Be/BC physiatrist with focus on inpatient rehab facility work
• Collaborate with an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team
• Engage in flexible, diverse, independent practices
• Support stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC
• Choose between independent contractor (1099) or employed (W2) pay model
• Utilize comprehensive management and administrative support to focus on practicing medicine
• Use integrated EHR / practice management system for documentation, data capture and revenue cycle capabilities
• Access in-house practice development resources and recruitment to support career opportunities
• Rely on risk management and compliance departments to protect patients and practice integrity

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (BE/BC)
• Experience in inpatient rehab settings is desirable
• Ability to work within physician-led, collaborative teams
