Position Overview

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a fully licensed psychiatrist and possess your DEA /CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
• You seek to initiate or grow your private practice while retaining control over your schedule, client load, and work environment.
• We accept MD/DO licenses on a state-by-state basis.

Important Information

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position, granting you full autonomy over your practice, including setting your own hours and managing your caseload.
• Currently, Headway only supports fully licensed mental health professionals. If your application was declined due to incomplete licensure, you may reapply once you hold a valid license.
