Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled ICU Advanced Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
- The ideal candidate will have advanced training and experience in critical care to assist in the management of complex medical cases.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in procedures such as intubations, central line placements, and ventilator management.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Previous experience in critical care or intensive care unit preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
