We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pathology Physician for a locum tenens position near Fowler, MI. • Practice Setting : Hospital-based Pathology Lab
• Call Schedule :
  • Weekly, alternating weeks
  • Starts Friday at 5:00 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM
  • Nights/weekend rotation is required
• Volume : Approximately 35-50 cases read per day, with the workload split between two pathologists
• Certification : CLIA certification held by the laboratory
• Case Types : Broad spectrum of pathology cases, requiring a well-rounded pathologist with experience in both common and complex diagnostic work

• Board Certification : Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pathology
• State License : Must hold an active Michigan medical license or be eligible to obtain one
• Emergency/Temp Privileges : Not available; standard credentialing process applies
• Experience : Proven experience in a hospital-based pathology setting is preferred

• Call Ratio : Every other week, covering nights and weekends
• Credentialing Timeframe : Standard timeframe applies; however, candidates must be ready to start as soon as September 30th
• Onboarding : Comprehensive orientation will be provided, along with support from the medical team to ensure a smooth transition into the role
