About The Position

Pediatrix Medical Group and Covenant HealthCare are seeking a passionate and dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join the thriving Level III NICU team at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw, Michigan.

As an NNP, you will:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.
• Contribute to patient management, family education, and care planning.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with respected clinical leadership.
• Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.
• Benefit from mentorship programs , especially designed for new graduates.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care.

Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing - Required
• Certification: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - Required
  (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
• License: Michigan State License (or willingness to obtain) - Required
• Experience: 2+ years as an NNP - Highly Preferred (new graduates welcome with mentorship)
• DEA & CSR/CDS: Must be obtained prior to start - Required, no exemptions
