JOB TITLE (# 1601 ): Family Medicine Physician - Long Island City, Queens, NY

Minimum of 2 year s clinical experience is preferred

Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening with a health center located in Long Island City , New York

Requirements of the Family Medicine Physician :

Must have a Medical Degree from an accredited institution
Must have a New York State Medical license
Must have a New York State Medical Board Certification
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred
OB/GYN experience is a plus but not required

Schedule of the Family Medicine Physician :

This is a full-time position.

Benefits of the Family Medicine Physician:

The Base Salary for this position is $210,000/yr.
Plus a productivity bonus of about $120,000/yr ($50 for each patient after 15 patients - average daily is 25 patients).
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance has a bi-weekly employee cost of $30 per pay period for a single plan and %60 per pay period for a family plan.
Employer pay benefits -they provide supplemental Short-Term Disability & Long-Term Disability , a life insurance policy valued at $50,000, and an accidental death and dismemberment policy valued at $50,000.
