Overview

We are seeking a Hospitalist for a 42-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting on Sep 23, 2025. This opportunity involves a schedule of 7 on / 7 off with shifts from either 3 PM to 3 AM or 7 AM to 7 PM. The role requires handling a closed ICU with no procedures involved. Ideal candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Hospital Medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage patient care in a closed ICU setting.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using the Epic EMR system.
• Provide comprehensive patient care without the involvement of procedures or resident student supervision.

Additional Information

• Must hold a valid New York medical license.
• Required certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
