• Practice Setting : Telehealth supported; no inpatient or outpatient requirements.
• Patient Volume : Approximately 15 patients per shift.
• Call Response Time : Within 30 minutes.
• Hospital Privileges : Required (Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days).
• EMR System : Epic.

• Board Certification : Board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• Licensure : Active Washington State medical license.
• Certifications : ABLS, ACLS, BLS (ATLS and PALS not required).
• Fellowship : Preferred but not mandatory.

• Support Staff : No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.
