Job Overview:
CHRISTUS South New Mexico Gastroenterology Associates is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our expanding team in Alamogordo, NM. As a key provider in a growing office, youll have the chance to offer advanced care to patients while working in a 100% outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Manage a patient volume of 15-20 patients per day, with 40-60 referrals from other providers.
• Perform in-office procedures, such as hemorrhoid banding, as well as advanced services like FibroScan and PillCam.
• For complex procedures, access four operating rooms with block scheduling, along with Scenic View, an outpatient surgery center within the hospital.
• Comfortable working as the sole provider in the department, with a strong team support system.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable working as the sole provider in a procedure-heavy setting.
