Practice Highlights

• Outpatient-only clinic serving a patient base of 100,000 annually
• Modern, 133,000+ sq. ft. facility with 24 exam rooms and dedicated provider workspaces
• Collaborative team of 16 providers, including 10 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
• Comprehensive support staff with a 1:2 RN-to-provider ratio and additional MA support

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Option for a 4-day workweek with dedicated administrative time
• Flexible start times, with patient care beginning at 9:00 AM
• Light call schedule: phone-only, 1:8 rotation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed annual base salary
• Annual $10,000 retention bonus
• Relocation assistance provided
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term care, and malpractice with tail
• 5 weeks of PTO (including federal holidays) and 5 CME days with a $2,500 allowance
• 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match on 50% of annual salary
