7 Family Medicine physicians (one doing C sections), 1 general surgeon, and 3 APPs

Recruiting for 1 Ob/Gyn

Surgical OB Call - 1:3

Family Medicine call is 1:7

Average of 20-25 patients per day

Average of 95-120 births annually o 30-35% are C-sections

Robust hospital surgical department five days a week

Additional support from Behavioral Health Counselor, Integrated Health Therapist, RN care manager, Substance Use Counselors and Pharmacist

Nursing home responsibility is shared w/ Medical Directorships available

ER is staffed by Status Health and surgical emergencies would be handled by on-call provider or transported to Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD, depending on severity

Compensation Package:

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
