• Board Certification: Required in Internal Medicine with a focus on Cardiology.
• License Requirement: Licensed in Washington State or through IMLC.
• Certifications Required: None (ABLS, ACLS, BLS, ATLS, and PALS are not required).
• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 30 days.

• Holidays Observed: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
• Reimbursement: Licensing costs will not be covered by the facility. The provider will need to manage these expenses independently.
• Temporary Privileges: Available if needed.
