7 am - 5 pm shifts with 1:3 weeknight call, 1:4 weekend call rotation
Variable patient volume -- rounding and discharges daily
Perioperative setting -- OR, ICU, and step-down unit coverage
Two full-time providers needed for comprehensive team coverage
Advanced cardiac surgery procedures including CABG, valve repairs, LVAD, and ECMO
Robotic surgery experience with DaVinci Xi platform
Chest tube management and post-operative care expertise required
Adult patient population focus
