We are currently seeking full-time Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens opportunity near Cheney, WA. • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 shifts per month
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

• No Call, No Weekends: Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities or weekend work.

• Patient Care: Supervise 3-4 CRNAs per Anesthesiologist.
• Pre-op and Post-op: Conduct pre-operative interviews and post-operative evaluations.
• Induction Presence: Be present for induction and assist CRNAs as needed.
• EMR System: Proficient use of Epic electronic medical records system.
• High-Volume Environment: Provide anesthesia care in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical program.

• Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Licensing: No specific state licensing requirements for submission, but timely credentialing is essential.
• Experience: Providers should have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment.
• OT Policy: Overtime will be applied after a 40-hour workweek, not after an 8-hour day.

• Supervision Structure: Anesthesiologists supervise multiple CRNAs, ensuring coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Flexible Scheduling: Full-time providers are preferred, with 20 shifts per month, offering a stable workload.
