Pharmacy Technician Call Center

Southfield Specialty Pharmacy Call Center - Full time, day shift, $2500 sign on bonus for qualified external hires!
Scope of Work
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, providers, and internal teams. Make outbound calls to coordinate timely medication refills and ensure continuity of therapy. Document refill activities accurately in the patient management system. Work with physician offices to obtain prescriptions when refills are unavailable, expired, or therapy changes occur. Assist with insurance coordination, and medication delivery logistics. Support pharmacists with data entry, prescription verification, and compliance tasks. Maintain inventory records and uphold regulatory standards. Participate in training and mentoring of new staff.
Requirements

• Required A level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a general high school diploma program or GED.

• Experience with sterile compounding and/or 6 months technician experience and/or graduate of an ASHP accredited technician training program. Preferred

• LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
• LIC-Pharmacist Intern - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
