Position Overview

The District Business Manager leads the sales efforts within a designated region, managing a team of field sales representatives. This influential leadership role requires strategic planning, team development, and a focus on achieving sales targets for Novo Nordisk’s cardiometabolic product portfolio, which includes therapies for diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a district sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with regional and national goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and administrative requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Pharm D preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Additional Details
