This opportunity offers hands-on case experience, client interaction, and meaningful advocacy on behalf of injured individuals, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• 2+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases
• Strong litigation skills, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high-quality client service
• Member of the Bar in good standing

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations and court hearings
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the best client outcomes
