Employment type:

• “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 8-23 patient care hours per week

What you'll be working on:

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident
• Licensed in Florida, obtained before your One Medical start date

• Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients

Casual/Per Diem/Locums Providers receive

This is a flexible position requiring availability to work at multiple office locations, including:

• Aventura 
• Pembroke Pines 
• Las Olas

Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.

This is an hourly role with openings across Aventura, FL.

The hourly range for this role is $126.00/hr . Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
