Per Diem Clinic Radiology Technologist - Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic procedures as ordered by qualified physicians, utilizing advanced equipment to obtain diagnostic images following established protocols and policies.
• Operate fluoroscopic and digital radiographic systems, including CR technology, to ensure precise image acquisition.
• Participate in rotational assignments at the ambulatory surgery center for radiographic support using both portable units and C-arm technology as required by the location.
• Manage clerical tasks using the designated Radiology Information System (RIS) and facilitate image archiving through the Patient Archiving System (PACS).

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an AMA accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Eligibility for ARRT (R) registry and undertaking the MRT-General Certificate as required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in digital image acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Applied Science – Radiology Technology.
• At least one year of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Experience with PACS and RIS systems.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.41 to $41.83, contingent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a comprehensive package ensuring support for your health and financial goals.
