THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE
The People Operations Specialist supports the execution of efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations. This role is responsible for carrying out key administrative and transactional activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, compensation updates, and offboarding. This position plays a vital role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring process accuracy, and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement and employee experience.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Execute HR administrative transactions across the employee lifecycle in a timely and accurate manner
• Process and verify data changes related to job changes and other HR events
• Support pre-employment checks, I-9 verification, and work authorization documentation
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Payroll to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and suggest improvements to existing HR processes to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to HR processes and data
• Assist in compiling reports, audits, and documentation to support compliance and data integrity
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives or projects that support People Operations goals

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a related administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
• Experience using HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of HR compliance standards, including employment verification and labor laws.

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $74,300.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
