Compensation: $200,000 $240,000 base salary plus incentives and comprehensive benefits

She Recruits is partnering with a mission-driven, community-focused organization to find a dedicated Pediatrician for a thriving outpatient practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This established team delivers comprehensive pediatric care to underserved families in a warm, supportive environment making a real impact where it matters most.

Position Details

• Full-time: 32 clinical hours + 8 admin hours weekly

• Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

• One evening clinic per week (4:30 6 PM)

• One weekend per month in the emergency clinic (Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM 12 PM)

• Optional paid after-hours call rotation

• Outpatient only ages 3 days to 20 years old

• Average 25 patients daily, 15-minute appointments

• No hospital rounds required

• EMR: Athena

• Full support from a collaborative team: Medical Director, Pediatricians, APPs, and dedicated ancillary staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000 $240,000 (based on experience)

• Productivity bonus structure

• $10,000+ sign-on or transition bonus

• Extra pay for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts
