Position Summary: Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians to provide our patients individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Must be a licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech language pathologist to be considered for this opportunity as there are treatment expectations for our Clinic Directors.

Requirements: An entrepreneurial spirit. A graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and providing great quality of care. Passion for leading and mentoring others.
