Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician responsible for filling and preparing prescription orders efficiently. You will manage the robotic counting machine and ensure that fast-moving medications are well stocked. Join us to perform essential pharmacy functions in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Fill and prepare prescription orders in a timely manner.
• Stock and manage the robotic counting machine.
• Ensure fast mover medications are well stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy according to a cleaning schedule.
• Check expired drugs on a monthly basis.
• Adhere to and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management when assigned.
• Perform routine, professional pharmacy functions.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Experience in Retail Pharmacy
• Proficiency in Prescription Fulfillment
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
• Ability to stand for entire shifts
• Experience with robotic counting machines

Work Environment:

Work in a closed-door pharmacy setting. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This opportunity offers growth potential to move into other roles within the organization.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
