I am currently supporting a highly respected Pacific Northwest law firm that is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Partner to join its Portland office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to step into a client‑facing role, provide real‑time guidance on complex employment matters, and grow a practice with robust business development support — all within a collegial, mid‑sized firm environment.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
• Strong track record of client service and practical problem‑solving.
• Ability to handle matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Portable business of at least 500 billable hours.
• Base salary: $150,000 annually plus a substantial bonus for meeting a 1,500‑hour annual billable target .
• A % of collections and origination credit for work you bring in.
• Monthly business development support: $1,200–$3,600
• Direct client access and the ability to shape your practice.
