This position involves collaborating with commercial paint customers to assess their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will strive to resolve customer concerns swiftly and ensure outstanding client satisfaction while staying informed about product features. Additionally, you will maintain the high quality and visual standards of both the products and the store, aiming to provide excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales objectives.
This is a part-time role with a starting pay of $16.50/HR.
Your role will be based at Store # , located at: 1474 Industry Dr, Traverse City, MI 49696.
This position will require interaction with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary for safeguarding the business and ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and offering suitable products.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with wholesale customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions according to policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products as required.
- Restock shelves and arrange displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with delivery truck loading/unloading.
- Maintain appropriate condition and presentation of assigned areas.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss options with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Propose strategies to boost sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Experience selling paint or related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is preferred.
