Vi at Bentley Village is located at 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110.

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Tram Operator is essential in transporting our valued residents to appointments and outings within our community using our trams. This role ensures that residents receive the necessary support during transport and fulfills essential operational tasks related to driving.

Qualifications:

To qualify, applicants should have:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience driving a vehicle.
• A current and valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire.
• A willingness and capability to become certified in CPR.

Requirements:

• Must maintain a clean DMV driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage stress effectively while addressing the needs of older adults.
• A client and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
• A genuine sensitivity towards the needs of older adults and enjoyment in working with a senior population.

Pay Range: USD $15.45 - USD $16.30 /Hr.
